The cars show different green areas for the attributes although they need THE SAME setup -> Use this as a second hint to find the perfect setting One other hint: Both cars need the same Setup: Through this i got almost >94% balanced car with minimum one perfect setting each time. Outlap -> Inlap -> See what they have to complain -> Tweak a bit (not to much in a direction AND inside the green area) -> Outlap -> Inlap -> See what they have to complain -> Tweak a bit in the right direction (go even further if it was better or go the opposite way ) Outlap -> Inlap -> Time is often over now, but right at race start you can see what they complained about the last setup. i dont have to tell them that its useless to block the own teammate if you know he is faster. Where is the logic and why are my teammates blocking each other 24/7 when the faster one is behind. in addition the second driver has a 66% rating and finishes 2 while your first driver is stuck at 15. your first driver has all the fancy parts for the car with max durability and the second driver not. its funny when you see your by far better driver with a 97%+ rating getting beaten by your second driver by over 10 places^^. Like i said its a 50/50 if the feeling of the driver is displaying the perfect setup or not. maybe the driver thinks he is more comfortable with a different setup, but if he would feel so uncomfortable in my setup he wouldnt be able to drive 5 seconds faster. it should be all about the perfect setup, but the drivers seem to like it more to drive slowly and that i please whatever their "desires" are. when i make him happy and reach 97%+ im sometimes 5 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seconds slower. the driver 50/50 is completly unhappy with my decision (getting like 60-70%). The thing is when i just make a setup i believe is right (you gather the experience through the mobile version^^ you get to know the track setup and how you should finetune your car for it), i get good times. How it is supposed to work? Cos atm it is just randomly moving values WISHING for the driver to be happy, and it is also a gamble on increasing and lowering them, since it doesn't explain in which direction we are going.Īny of u have any tips related to this? Something to understand how it works atm? (Even i think this is nothing related to an f1 manager game at this moment.) I mean, i have a green area which i think is the area i should make the setting goes tru (since there is no infos anywhere about how it works) and a driver which gives just a sad or happy face, without saying for example "hey, i have too much oversteering" or "my car is too slow" or whatever", basically i'm just jumping out car from box, and right after asking to come back to see the situation, no real info on lap time, cos there is no TIME at all to do that (and i'm playing on long race setting -.-) so short which make them basically pointless Can someone explain the sense of practices if they areġ.
